The Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation (OPEI) was the basic programming document of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic for providing funding from EU Structural Funds in the 2007–2013 programming period. OPEI followed OP Industry and Enterprise from the 2004–-2006 period and preceded the current OP EIC. Czech entrepreneurs could use OPEI funding for co-financing business projects in the manufacturing industry and related services. The Managing Authority was the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, and the intermediate body was the Agency for Support of Entrepreneurship and Investment – CzechInvest.
The allocation prepared for OPEI in the amount of CZK 84.4 billion was fully absorbed. An overview of supported projects is available in the Statistics of OPEI Programmes Absorption here.
